Mr. Kostorowski is the General Manager of Sealaska Technical Services (STS) and serves as the Program Manager for the current Design, Integration, Construction, Communications, and Engineering (DICCE2) contract with the Department of Energy’s, National Nuclear Security Administration providing programmatic direction and management oversight of work concurrently performed in 13 countries. Prior to joining STS, Mr. Kostorowski served as the Sector Manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory responsible for business development, relationship management, and the expert execution of projects for the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration and Department of State. This portfolio accounted for approximately $400M of the labs annual business revenue of $1B and supported more than 1,000 staff members. Mr. Kostorowski consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, allowing him to quickly progress within the National Security Directorate (NSD) and take on challenging program management and business development assignments with increasing responsibility and authority. While at PNNL he also served as the Program Manager of the Second Line of Defense Program which was the lab’s single largest program with an annual budget of $100M and comprised between 30-40 projects running concurrently at any given time that involved more than 100 staff members. Mr. Kostorowski’s management style recognizes the critical importance of teamwork, maintaining open lines of communication with both employees and clients, and fostering an environment where staff feel appreciated, challenged and empowered to achieve professional goals.
