Tech2 Solutions
Tech2 Solutions (T2S) T2S is an unpopulated joint venture formed by venture partners Sealaska Technical Services LLC (STS) and Tetra Tech, Inc. under the SBA’s 8(a) mentor-protégé program. STS entered the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program (“8(a) Program”) on August 15, 2014, and remains a participant in good standing. Tetra Tech, an acknowledged large business, is a publicly traded corporation that provides consulting, engineering, program management, construction management, and technical services worldwide. The SBA approved Tetra Tech as STS’s mentor on October 23, 2015. STS and Tetra Tech thereafter formed Tech2 Solutions on February 15, 2016. STS is the Managing Venturer of Tech2 Solutions (T2S) and holds a 51% interest in the joint venture. Tetra Tech holds a 49% interest in T2S.
Compliant with the Tetra Tech – Sealaska Technical Services Mentor Protégé Agreement, the Tech2 team is seeking new opportunities to pursue. Tetra Tech’s goal is to foster the ongoing development of STS into a world class provider of environmental consulting services. T2S provides access to more than 16,000 personnel (through JV companies Sealaska and Tetra Tech).
